Bailey Friday
Bailey is new to the world of barre fitness but no stranger to movement and discipline. Having been involved in sports her entire life, she brings a lifelong love of fitness, teamwork, and personal growth to every class.
A former collegiate soccer player, Bailey knows the importance of strength, endurance, and body awareness — all of which translate seamlessly into her barre journey. As a Registered Nurse, she also values the connection between physical health and overall well-being, emphasizing safe, mindful movement in every workout.
Bailey is excited to continue learning, growing, and inspiring others to find their balance and feel their strength — both on and off the mat.
